Bad service.
Bad customer service. They say we can just walk in but when we got there, we can't do that since there are 3 of us to do scaling. Even dah call 6 hari sebelum. Kalau bagitahu masa call tu boleh je kan saya buat appointment awal2. Takde patient yg ada appointment selepas kitaorg tp still receptionist taknak terima sebab takut ada patient lepas kitaorg. Lepasni tulis siapa yg datang dulu tu takkan diserve sebab sebab phrase first come first serve tu tak wujud!
