During PKP, less crowded since the seats for three now can accomodate only two. But when fully occupied there'll be quite a long line waiting to get in. However the counter service does'nt seems to hv improved much as compared to normal days (before the Covid-19 pandemic). As compared to "Other services" [whether super/mini markets, wet markets, banks etc] theres no special lane for Senior Citizens, Pregnant Ladies or Disable Persons...like me
