Ordered twister ala carte only, took 20 mins to be ready (13:49 to 14:12). Staff didn't even ask me to sit.
Waited for two hours, didn't get my order. Called call center three times, all said they will get the branch to get back to me, which didn't happen until after I got fed up and cancelled my order. No compensation at all, and I need to wait 3 weeks to get my money back. Unbelievable.
Staffs were very noisy. Cafe suppose to be quiet and peaceful. Can hear the staffs laughing and making jokes so loud.
