The place is manned by a father-and-son team. I was there because my AC suddenly went dead in the middle of the highway. Went there after reading reviews on Google and then calling them to know whether they were open. They showed me that the compressor did not engage at all and provided two possible causes. Faulty pulley or compressor. After taking out the compressor, the magnet inside the pulley was KO. Spare part was unavailable and since I was from out of town for a short stay in Taiping, they proposed a workaround: use a different magnet that would allow the AC to work and recommended that I get the pulley replaced as soon as I reach home. They also checked the fans. One of them was not working properly and recommendation was to get in replaced as well. They understood my problems and conditions and responded with the right solutions. Amazing service. We came here due to positive reviews. We're from out of town but not once did we feel like we're being cheated. I had a sudden aircon blower issue which occurred on the way to taiping. These guys fixed the problem immediately, charged a very fair price amd gave me good maintenance advice. Not once did I feel cheated or taken for a ride. Definitely go here to have your aircon problems resolved.
