Would appreciate if the management of J & T Express would improve the services here. We called and called but nobody pick up the phone. We have to wait for 1 hour plus to pick up an item. There should be a proper sorting system so that is easier to retrieve items. Lack of manpower at the counter and they too need to go help search for items. The counter look miserable! Please upgrade your place. Thank you.

Called more than 4 hours in advance to ask them to prepare my parcel for self-pickup. Waited in line for 1 hour and 25 minutes (55 minutes under the hot sun outside the building) and when it was finally my turn, they told me my parcel was still in the shipment which hasn't been opened yet and asked me to come back the next day or wait for the delivery. At least 5 other people before me and the person after me were unable to collect their parcels as well. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the guy at the counter had the decency to be polite when I was clearly very annoyed. The service in general was very slow and it took very long for them to retrieve the parcels. Highly discourage anyone from opting for self-collection because the service is terrible but let them deliver instead as the deliverypersons are usually quite friendly.
Sunday morning just reached KCH301 and they get it delivered on the SAME DAY! However u do need to queue up for at least one hour if self pickup at the centre
If you are wondering j&t gives a good service or not, believe me you will regret it! Poslaju is so much better! Haven't receive my parcel till now! This type of service not even worth 1 star at all!!!
Very very poor servis...my parcel arrived here 14.4.2021 and now 20.4.2021 still didnt arrived to my home,already go there,take 1 hour queing,and then there said,sorry sir your parcel cannot trace due your tracking number still using sea shipping code,their still didnt change the code.But for me,whose their?.Jnt should change the code when parcel arrived from sea shipping to their on track code..it your job!!
today is 20/2 Sat, I reached there 930am and no one waiting, so everything goes smooth. Thank you.
The staff very helpful and friendly. They very respect people who need they help. Keep it up.
Phone call is not answered. Delivery attempted on public holiday but parcel not delivered during the following working day. Parcel with multiple sub-cons making parcels difficult to track and self collect. I feel J&T reverted back to post system 15 years ago.
