10 reasons its not worth your money to stay here. 1. Side gate never works, dont trust them telling you its under maintenance. 2. Rude staff. 3. Dont expect getting what u deserve. (Privacy, room deposit, facilities etc.) 4. Lift is broken more than the time it works. 5. Construction constantly going on even during exam season. 6. Workers getting into your room without prior notice. 7. Two days notice to pay for rental, but takes 2 months to return your deposit. (you will only get your deposit back if u spam them everyday) 8. The electricity rate is much higher than normal residential rate. (Maximum of 2 hours of aircond per day average to last for a month) 9. Plain maggie without seasonings is much better than cafeteria food. 10. Forcing you to move out of your own rooms during exam season just for them to paint the wall. (Never being considerate of the students, a simple solution would be delaying for a few weeks until summer holiday where most students are home bound.)

The staff are quite polite and friendly. They also do have a rather good Mezzanine Floor. I didn't face the issues of maintenance people entering my room without notice. However, the only issue I have is that they do not take away the trash in the common kitchenette on weekdays which they used to. Which means that by Sunday, you either don't cook or you face a trash bin full of trash. That being said, everything else in the kitchenette was fine. The lifts were spoiled for a collective amount of time more than they were functional. Lastly, do expect your deposit to be refunded to you in a highly delayed manner or not at all.

For students enrolling into unis in Educity, get a car and move in to Eco Botanic or impiana. Trust me and you can thank me later

Good accommodations for students.

Good range of facilities. Efficient maintenance crew. Staff responds to feedback. Strict staff though helpful anyway. Pricing may be slightly more expensive than other places. No housekeeping. Not enough parking spaces. Flaws in tiling of toilets and rooms so water pools and tiles pop out. Good security. Overall a reasonably good place to stay.
