A moderate mall meant for shopping or a place to stretch your legs. Has shops like Home Pro, Tesco, McDonald's, Popular, a few stalls and many more. It's also linked to the Udini mall, which has a barber, a few good cafes like Frank Laurent and Picolo as well as other shops. Not bad, I would say.

Early morning I go to lotus Penang I saw a Chinese guy waiting at homepro line but we're waiting at lotus line as per rules 1 meter social distance but that guy started to argue with us and say that he's the one is right. Early morning we feel very dissapointed. I hope lotus workers will take action on it....

Tesco Jelutong is my favorite weekly destination for buying my groceries, etc. It is always well patronized by customers living in and around Jelutong in particular. Car parking is seldom a problem and it's free for the first 3 hours or so for Tesco customers. The spread of fairly priced supermarket goods satisfy my weekly essential needs. There's a fast check-out cum payment lane for customers with less than 10 items. I find the place to be customer friendly and service at the normal check-out counters is prompt and pleasant.

Every little bit counts at Tesco. Set in an ideal location on reclaimed land by E&O between Gurney Drive and Tanjung Tokong with free parking. If only they had managed it the British way, instead of giving in to local mismanagement, Tesco will not have been stuck in the mire of low quality shopping, somewhat closer to its UK origins. We have given it a miss for a decade and even misplaced our Clubcard though I was once a weekly shopper whilst a student in London, having switched allegiance from my Mum's favourite Sainsbury's during our family time in Oxford. Tesco's low prices for quality meat and veggies would attract any foreign student on a very tight budget in pound sterling. Having experienced Tesco under a joint venture with my bosses at its inception popped this bubble of my youth where shareholders went for low quality at low prices. So much so, the meat and fish sections used to stink to high heavens and vegetables were delivered withering away, likely due to its corrupt supply chain. Fast forward 3 decades and just as many store facelifts and shareholder changes, and lo behold today, we find a 21st century self checking out NCR system on par with London, but a store operations the best Bangladesh can offer. The organic pasta section was overrun by weevils and cockroaches much to the amusement of my 6 year old entomologist, while the Tesco fresh milk shelves stared back empty, yet dozens of local employees were just milling around aimlessly. Still a place to pick up a British bargain as long as it is packaged in airtight plastic or sealed in tin cans. We can't wait for the Village Grocer to open its doors here to show how grocery retailing should be done in this day and age.

Great and convenient as it is near my house. Well organised with covered parking. Also with McD, KFC, Nasi Kandar Pelita and other outlets.
