Initially wanted to check the car key whether have problem or not. Ended up they help to change the battery with RM22 per pcs x 2 due to that key need two batteries! And the battery can be purchased from Daiso at RM5.9/pcs. Fine, they said it's sony brand, but i search online...Maximum charges also only RM10 to RM15/pcs. Their margin is hell high! And they never ask before confirm that i want it or not! WILL NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM ANYMORE

I had twice bad experience at here. Firstly, I duplicate a key. In the end the key unable to use at all. When we return to the shop, the guy returned us the money. Secondly, I sent my camel sandal to the shop as the strap had came out. Initially, we ask can you make it. The guy said I will try and we did told him this is a leather made, if can't do it just let us know. So after more than 15minutes. It turn out he sew and use super glue to glue at the thread knot. May I know if you had use a super glue to glued it with rough surface and you wear on it. Do you feel comfortable? Immediately, my boyfriend ask him. And he said I never said I guarantee I can make it. But if you are not guarantee, can you ask our satisfaction before glue it? After he heard that, he took back my sandal and he use a plier to flattened the glue. However, it had left a mark of the plier onto my leather surface. Is just so mess up and wasted my money. Please improve.
