One of the worst bus ever. Don't bother using their service. Bought single seat ticket, ended up getting a normal seat. Not only that, my original seat was converted to the driver's sleeping tent, equipped with mattresses and pillows. When i showed them my seat number, they just said sit wherever you like. Which is a nuisance because everytime i sat somewhere, it turned out to be another person's seat and i had to move again. This bus service is ABSOLUTE TRASH! You can thank me later for avoiding such terrible experience

Should really supervise your staffs, waited for the driver for hours. This is my first time travel with jasa pelangi and my worst experience.

Xpayah beli tiket bas ni. Driver hisap rokok. Sampai seat belakang bau. Nk hisap rokok brenti lah bas dlu. Hisap puas2 kt luar.
