My fiancé's has just picked up our bridal room framed photograph (20x30) and it was not what we expected ! We emailed to ask the problem to be rectified but to received replies that were beyond how unprofessional they can be. We have only seen the soft copies of the photos on their pc or via email and confirmed them, ie the small version. We've selected a photo for the enlargement but no advice were given to us about the bare background due to the way the photo were. As professionals dealing in wedding or engagement photography, the person with us whilst we're choosing should have advice the background of the photo may be abit bare etc. We are amateurs, who wants a perfect photographs for our once in a lifetime event. However without the advice; we now have a large frame with tiny us with a large bare grey background!!! They said we've confirmed the photos (in view of the laptop or pc version, not the enlarged ones), hence to rectify the issue we have to bare the cost of the reprint. Yes i agree that we've confirmed via email but if should we want a big crocodile on the corner does that mean you will put a crocodile there without any advice? Should someone in the email or personally enlighten us with the bare background, we would have rethink or reconsider. 2nd time without professional advice from your end. Needless to say, I am NOT going to recommend U Wang Studio to any of my family and friends because of the unprofessional advice and customer service we've been given. Saying that both Richard and I are tourist customers (we've travelled all the way from England) and viewing your reply, we deem this being very unprofessional and has left us no choice but to leave a negative review.
