I was charged RM61.75 (after discount of RM3.25), for a quick 10 minutes inspection of a suspected auto-transmission fluid leak. Found out that there was also a leak from the radiation system. This involved a simple hoist on the electrically operated hydraulic car lift. This was my first visit to this service centre. As my current Toyota Service Centre (which I normally frequented, and operated by a different dealership) was overwhelmingly overbooked, that it was not able to accommodate a simple inspection, I was thus left with no choice but to seek an alternative Toyota Service Centre. Previously, the Toyota Service Centre was operated by UMW. But for the past three years or so (since 2017), more and more Toyota 3S Service Centre have been "relegated" by UMW, and taken over directly by the each area car dealership. This is the final nail on the coffin — where owning future Toyota car is concern. In future I would not consider buying or owning Toyota car, no matter how good a car it produces.
