En Faisal is my Saviour ... Could not get anyone for repair on a Sunday and my stuffs in my fridge is turning bad and I was in delimma. Luckily I did a search this morning and got hold of En Faisal team. They were great technician and fixed my fridge on the spot. The charges was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with the repairs. Thanks En Faisal Team ... Good work and I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends should they have any fridge problems. Review of Sales after Service Mr Faisal need to expedite on his technical team and administration of his company as I had a misunderstanding thinking he abandon me after his repair and never pick up my call or message. Later on he message me stating he was not well ( sick ) for that few days after I have taken someone else to repair my fridge. He was responsible enough to stand by his warranty and paid me back the cost of repair. I felt sorry for him and thank him for his gusture but then he need to reply or call back his customers if he wants to be on top of his business ... Service industry. My fridge problem is now resolved and I thank Mr Faisal even though he was extremely late in replying to my call for help. May he get well soon. Thank you.
