Say my parcel out for delivery from 10:25am but been waiting for whole day not here. CALL NO ANSWER AND ITS UNABLE TO CONTACT THE POSTMAN. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? WHAT IF THERES LITERALLY NO ONE HOME????? AT LEAST LEAVE A FREAKING NUMBER FOR ME TO CONTACT THE POSTMAN. STUPID SYSTEM.

I already call for about 50 times, they not even pick up, the driver even didn't phone me when my parcek arrive, IS URGENT MAN!! BABI!! BODOH! NOW I DONT KNOW WHERE MY PARCEL! dont know send to where, I have to go post office somemore, BODOH! TAK ADA OTAK! I been waiting for so long! If no heart to work just resign, wasting my time to wait!!! I will complain to HQ!

if theres a zero star or a negative star, that would definitely be the best one for this poslaju. REALLY BAD SERVICE. called them so so so many times, they answered then they hung up the calls. Cant even say a word terus dah hung up. Very unprofessional. My parcel dah stuck lama gila kt sana, even parcels i yang from different couriers pun dah sampai. Bad service
