Worst service and wait for so long and ask me to go up n down..

Slow. Came on Friday 10am. Submitted documents. Ask us come at 3pm to collect. Office resume work at 2.45pm. 3.15pm still waiting people to serve. Line is long. Counter only one open. Please improve your working etiquette.

Worst service by staff's. Was waiting so long... None of the counter was serve customers there. They only Layan those are working inside the office. Come on la, as a public we got other works to settle.. If the staff's making the process too late, how we can settle our own things. Total 7 counter, but only 3counters are opens.
