Discharge was a real pain. I had surgery done and I was all alone and I had to go down to first floor, wait for about 30 minutes. Once settled I had to go up to the ward for my medication which for me didn’t make sense at all. Dr. Basel’s nurse Uma needs to learn how to be polite and respectful. When I called for an appoiment in the afternoon she refuses to take any patients by saying doctor has surgeries in the afternoon. Don’t tell me doctor has surgeries everyday. She didn’t even email me a travel letter when I asked her. I hope customer services will look into this matter.

The diagnostic imaging staff are very friendly and competent. The doctors are very friendly aswell. Great ambience at the xray department. The scrub suit for the xray department looks very neat and professional. The hospital itself is very clean and well organised.

1) Staff very helpful, smiling face and soft spoken. Good service at all especially for Occupational Therapy Services, Paediatrics Ward, Nephrology Clinic & Orthopaedic Clinic ( staff : ms Kua Jee Min, paediatric nurses, Dr Jasmine Lau Yoke Chin, Dr Lim Wei Mei & staff & Dr Leong Chin Leng). 2) The best medical centre in Ipoh. 3) Very clean & good environment.
