It's really an amazing and useful place 1- I get maps and information about the city ( ipoh) all for free. 2- the people there are very friendly. 3- the people there speak English and help me more about the public transportation. 4- there are free drink there .

Good Air-conditioned place for resting and gathering information abot Ipoh and Perak. It also has toilets.

The lady who attended to us was very friendly. Also you can drop by here to get the map for the heritage trail. Anyway we winged it after that as the map wasn't clear on where the starting point was. It's nearby the HSBC bank in the map btw. Have a good walk!

Open up to 18:00. Good information, nice staff. Nice office. A real Tourism information center for Ipoh city and around. The Perak province depends on another location.

They are pushing tourism in this area, you would not know this by visiting this info centre. The job of the staff is to look after visitors, they fail. Imagine what it could do for Ipoh and the surrounding area if there were people who were enthusiastic about their job.
