As usual system has been unable to submit e filing ... a trip down to LHDN takes only 30 seconds to reset " tac submit " ... by the most efficient lhdn staff Ms Nur Syuhaimah .. Thank you very much !

Well best part I got is the friendly, straight to the point service. But we have to plan ahead about it, try to come early as possible 8-9am recommend. Where the stuff are fresh and ready to serve you with a smile. Coming after 10am onwards you'll be looking for long queue. I came around 8.40am to register for my income tax number, and all done in 10-15mins. Downside to this is very bad call line service, no one will pick up your call, one could understand that maybe they are busy, but they could improve on this area. Final word, skip the calling office and go directly to the office and manually settled all the paperwork on the spot. It will save you weeks of headache. I know I tried...

Went early...the queue was short and the staff was really helpful. *visit was done during MCO 2.0*. I believe they're operating from 09:00 - 01:00 during the lockdown.

There is special queue for stamping. They stop distributing numbers for stamping at 12pm. So best to arrive before 11am.

The office building is situated in a nice tree lined area. Entrance is easy to find. Receptionist very helpful. Counter service efficient. Wait time was acceptable. P.s. photocopy service available in food court nearby
