Awesome experience.. except had to come as early as before 7am to secure a number as only 15 cases will be accepted a day during MCO. Price is awesome too.. cheap.

Need to come early to take the number and que for treatment. Sometime you need to buy specific medicine for you cat outside due to out of stock. The doctor is caring and expert in diagnosing the disease that your cat suffers.

Down(s) 1. Service is extremely slow for a so called veterinary hospital. 2. Expect to wait 3-4 hours for treatment. 3. Called multiple times during office hour, they don't bother to answer your calls. 4. Limited services available for a veterinary hospital. 5. The so called new process is to get a number at the security guard, only serves 15-20 people in a single day. The security guard won't bother to let you know to get a queue number from them. 6. Toilet is filthy and there's no hand wash detergent. 7. Be mentally prepared for the flaws if you decide to come here Up(s) 1. Cheap

I know this is a Government Veterinary Hospital. During mco 2.0, the guard outside tasked with handing out the number passes were not provided with a facemask so they have to work in high risk situation. High risk to the staff, to the visitor and customers and everyone interacting with the staff and people who been to this place. The staff inside is super nice and kind. They are not the best in the profession as many good ones have been scouted out by private practice that offer better salaries and working environment. The facilities is run down, the equipment and medicines are not enough. The staff still work tirelessly with what little they have. As pointed out earlier, a lot of the staff and veterinarian here is under-equipped, most likely overworked and not compensated properly for their work. If I am going to blame someone, it is got to be the Malaysia government for not allocating enough for the government veterinary department.

The guards were very inconsistent in their SOP. Handing out number before 6.30am on my 1st time here, then number was handed out after 6.30am on my 2nd time and today it was after 7am with harsh attitudes. Come on guys, there was no one when I reach there and is asking for the number is wrong??? I asked for the number because I need to buy meals which are not available in this area while waiting for 7.30am to enter yr facility! The staffs at the counter & the veterinary doc on the other hand are very good and answer politely to every question asked by the customer except for 1 female staff. I dont know if she was in bad mood or what but I think manner should not taken lightly when you are working in serving customer.

Good services but lacking of facilities n equipment in the government facility. No more xtray facility. The convid19 accepts 20 patients per day and lucky the guard gives out number although it is still 630 in the morning.
