Have purchased some consumer electronics products from this store over the last five years.The assortment of different brands of electrical goods located downstairs and upstairs is adequate for the practical consumers. The store assistants are polite, patient and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, and the models on display are quite up to date.

Bad service ever had. This morning went there to buy electrical appliance, end up we choose oven. The display tag mentioned there will be a free gift. I ask the salesman so isn't I will get this free gift? The salesman unbox all the other oven to look for the free gift, but end up no free gift inside. He ran up to upstairs and left me alone.....what kind of service is this?!!?! The other old salesman come and approach me, I ask back the same question because no one answer me! The other guy in the cashier say out loud and tell the old salesman, YOU GIVE THEM THE SUPPLIER PHONE NUMBER AND ASK THEM TO CALL THEMSELF!!! What kind of bad service is this? Even during MCO still show out this kind of bad attitude to us?
