Striker FCS

Huge electrical & home store which consist of 2 stories, mainly electrical items on lower floor while home items (furniture, sofa, bed, etc) on upper floor. Spacious inside so shopping was relaxing. Staffs were kind and helpful. Price a little pricey for certain items but can be a little cheap during sales period.

Bought two khind items from Harvey Norman webstore. Item was nicely bubble wrapped. Courier service used was ninjavan. Customers like myself was promptly communicated with the status every step of the way. From receiving of receipt, item delivery status etc. Most importantly, item works as intended upon powering up. Bought few items and definitely Love their After sales service.

This place has the worst service, they are scolding coustumers (like me) and this is unexcceptable they where shouting at my mother just because we were asking questions, and after one month of reserving, pre ordering and talking it all went to waste today in their words the said (we accidently told you to come here ) and thats just crazy, never going to this store again 1 star

Was initially unhappy that they couldn’t give me a replacement for my printer(got store credit instead) but had excellent service from Huda and Jonathan. Very patient and accommodating in sorting out another printer. The Indian girl (sorry didn’t get your name) was also particularly helpful in calling Samsung to find out the exacts specs for the robo cleaner. Kudos fellas.
