Excellent jobs by your staff especially, Jackson is so helpful and polite. In my situation, I faced the problem with the faucet. Although I changed it, still couldn't use it. However, even they are ready to get off work, he still willing to help by calling the grab motor to deliver the stuff. I really appreciate his emergency help..thanks a lot.

Perhaps one of the many good one stop centres for bathroom & other household accessories in a very easily accessible area very close to Dynasty Hotel Jln Ipoh just opposite Sentul IPD. Checkout the branches closest to u. Good customer service.

You can tell when a sales persons is making a hard sell to maximize their profit or if they genuinely want to provide you with advice so you get what you need. H Trend is very much the later. Normally before buying nearly anything above RM200, I will shop around to understand the market and get the best price possible. With kitchen appliances I break this rule and end up going to H Trend and walking out with what I need minus the shopping around. I did not quite realize just how good they were till my Rinnai stove's glass top shattered. H Trend went well beyond what I would expect and pushed Rinnai to get their act together. On the other hand, I can't really say the same for Rinnai. Plastering huge billboards with 5.5KW of heat from their stoves but their products aren't actually designed to handle that amount of heat. Further more they have the gall to tell their customers this is their fault and they have to wait for weeks to get a replacement. They give Japan a bad name.....
