Just recently did pico2 laser at o2 Summerton by Dr Gan. It was really a pleasant experience and I love the results so much. With only one session of laser, my skin complexion and texture have improved a lot, less visible pores and less pigmentation too. The laser was quick, without much downtime but yet so effective. It was my first time with laser, was quite nervous in the beginning, but Dr Gan was gentle and experience enough to make the whole laser process a comfortable one. Is really worth the travel all the way from butterworth to penang island. Definitely will go back again. Highly recommended!

i have asthma, went to this clinic last month for difficulty in breathing, the indian dr there, did not even touch me or listen to my lungs. i requested for nebulization, and he refuse. he was so rude. i took the medication from the counter and went to other clinic, dr there told me i need nebulization after listening to my lungs. very bad experience with this clinic. the dr is very rude, looks like he does not like to do the job, was told by the counter staff he was the part time dr, name paavetraan. even my friend has bad experience with the same dr in other O2 branch. he is not fit to treat patients.
