I sent my 28 inch luggage I bought nearly 8 years ago to fix its wheel. It costs rm180 for all 4 wheels. I can get rm140 for a cheaper one. It’s our choice which one we want. Service was fast. I thought I need to wait for 1 week. But it’s only 3 days. Overall it’s good to know there’s a shop to fix luggage bag nearby.
I am incredibly surprised for the service given by this shop. In fact, am deeply amazed that she fixed it instantly as well. For those having mix feeling where to fix your bag please do drop by here.
Pretty expensive service. Replacing broken handle and wheels of my luggage. More than 200 (I remember it was 280 but I lost the receipt). It is OK because the luggage is still in good shape and is my good reliable companion for years. But one shop aunty there is a bit rude and impatient. She asked when I wanted it to be done. I said I wasnt in hurry. She then asked what about a week later. I said OK. She put the money change on the table, and about to hand me the receipt, she said it would be done in 10 days. I asked 10 days? She then said if not good for me then I should have given an exact date. Then I said next Saturday then, which was exactly one week later. Weird. I got my luggage back. The repair seems to be not bad. The new handle and wheels seem to be of good materials.
