Visited during MCO, surprisingly easy to find parking & no long queue. Need to get number from the customer service counter which will provide the necessary form to fill in. Then proceed to counter for transaction. All in, everything was done within half hour.

Power cuts happen very frequently at Lebuh Melayu without any prior warning. Even on business hours. I've counted more than a dozen cuts in 2020 alone. My business cannot operate with power cuts like this. This year is already bad enough for business with the pandemic, I don't need TNB Penang to add to my woes. But I'm sure they don't give a damn. Efficiency is never a strong point of TNB anyway. Or even a point for that matter.
Don't waste ur time calling TNB penang, it will take u multiple time to call then only they answer, once they answer ur calls..if ur LUCKY he or she that answer ur call its very friendly but if ur NOT LUCKY Its gonna be a rude one, I don't know how TNB can hire these type of rude personality workers So save ur energy n call 15454 TNB Careline
Dont like their system. Information counter become ticket counter. Q so long, and their counter no people at all. They should just indicated which counter for which purpose.
There are many e-kiosk stations for TNB users to pay bills here, but parking is problematic as temporary parking along the road sometimes get you a traffic summon. Will be nice if operating hours can be extended, meaning open earlier and close later.
Got good service from TNB. Keep it up the good work!
Please prepare a photostate machine so that customers don't hv to walk abt 1km to just photostate 1 Identity card. Please benchmark PBA or Maybank, they hv improved a lot n v efficient. Please send TNB employees for customer service/HR training so that they know how to serve customers professionally. Tq
