After 5months of operating, there's a little improvements on the outlet. Some of the important items on the menu are still unavailable. I ordered what appears to be their signature, Sunrise Siew Mai along with Prawn Dumpling(Har Kao) & Fried Fish Ball. Its came with normal Siew Mai and Fried Fish Ball. I asked the waiter what happen with my Sunrise Siew Mai and Prawn Dumpling. Then only he said it is out of stock. It's 7.30 in the morning and their signature & Prawn Dumpling is unavailable which are standard Dim Sum items. They really need to step up their game if not. I would rather go to Fu Er Dai as their variety are wide available in this case. Luckily, the staff are well trained with good manners but food quality are just mediocre. They really need to work on their menu availability.

No experience in handling a dim sum store. Extremely limited dim sum available. Its better to fill your tummy by the sea breeze rather than waiting for their dim sum. It's not because of the amount of people wanting to get the dim sum but rather they have no experience or manpower to even cater for such crowd. If the owner of the dim sum is reading this, do buck up or else most of your customers will be leaving and not coming back. I, for one, will not be coming back.

Sunrise Dim Sum is a special outlet , serving Dim Sum delicacies in two sessions; morning 7 am to 2pm and evening 6pm to 10 pm. So, you can always find the time to have your favourite snack or meal depending on your appetite. . Take your time to sip your favourite Chinese tea or better still if you are a lover of great tea, you can bring your own branded tea.Amidst the idyllic scenery if the lapping sea water, take your time to enjoy all your favourite food items. The best part is you don't have to order all that you want at once. Order by batches so you can always have them piping hot. They steam the food items when you choose what you want to partake. Top of my list is the Char Siew Pow which is their best selling item. Their Tua Pow is also highly recommended. Like the fragrance of the ginger in the stuffing of this Pow. Their Loh Mai Kai is pretty good or if you are more traditional you may want the Hor Yit Farn, literally translated as Lotus Leaf Rice. They even provide Turnip Chai Kuih or Ku Chai Chai Kuih As for the fried stuff, go for Chai Tau Kuih, Fried Prawn Roll and Fried Woo Kok. Slowly go through the extensive menu to go on enjoying the food. The service is impeccable and you can always approach Miss Hannie for whatever help you need and she will be obliging with a sweet smile.Even the boss, Mr Gordon is very approahable and will refill your teapot for you. All in, it is a good place to enjoy your Dim Sum by the sea. Tag someone dear to you or even a group to come to this place. Bon Appetit.Give me a like if you like my recommendation.
