We live in Setia V Residences for a few months. The facilities are really nice. However, the noise from the streets are extremely disturbing. Especially during the night and early morning hours between 1am and 3am. Motorbikes and cars race along Gurney Drive and Kelawai Road. The sound travels upwards and frequently disrupts your night sleep. Although the building looks nice there are a lot of deficiencies and lack of quality. The building needs a lot of maintenance due to poor construction and property management is lacking experience. I can only recommend to rent first before one decides to purchase.

This place I wanted to live at but was never contacted by the host. Then found out must buy and not rent but this place looks beautiful
I am the owner of a unit and not living in Malaysia. the management sent bills to a wrong address and they used gmail to send bills which landed in my spam and yet after failing to send maintenance bills to me, they deactivated the tenant's access cards and charged me late fees as well. All this happened after much delay in the maintenance requests filed by my tenant under the warranty and poor taking care of some defects which we had to follow a lot for the past couple of years. they are acting like a bank and taking advantage of late fees for bills they have failed to deliver because of their own mistakes and poor management.
