Had to make an urgent order for my dad's cummerbund and the seller was super responsive and efficient in handling my order and to cater to all my needs! Definitely an excellent service and would definitely come back for more and recommend to all my friends and family to buy from this shop
Their person in charge was professional and responsive to their customer. The suit i rented for my event was comfortable and high in quality. They are offering good offers and humanising services. My event was on Sunday but i was only able to pick up on Friday, upon confirmation, they agree to charge me rental for one day on Sunday which i found very humanising in treating their customer. Furthermore, they did extra mile by understanding their customer. Understand from Mr. Chung that they will be closing at 6pm on Friday, but due to OT, i am only able to leave office at 6pm. After raising my issue and apologise with Mr. Chung, he said he is willing to wait me until 1830 and no need to be sorry about it. At my first impression, due to MCO a lot of business owner wish to earn as much as they can thats why he was willing to wait me. But out of my surprise, he said it will be bad to not having my own blazer in my event. They are empathetic and put themselves into customer’s shoe. Knowingly rental of blazer is a small income to them, but they care about their customers and provide more than just extra miles to their customers!! Kudos Mr. Chung
