Added unnecessary "injector cleaner" and "Auto Transmission Treatment" to my new car without my permission and then con me that they are necessary, the people who con me are from the desk counter, not one but most of them. Perodua website were not updated with service information for that car model yet. "Auto Transmission Treatment" was added for my new car which only travelled less than 8500km in less than 2.5 years!! If your car knowledge is worse than me but have money and are willing to be charged for unnecessary stuff, then u will rate this centre as 5-star just like many others (Anyway, they receive "5-star service" by paying extra). However, if u are a poor person like me, who value RM24 RM80 as something significant, then i strongly advise you to avoid this place. Besides, I saw that the manager, the big size guy yelled at a customer. What happened was the customer's car was sent here for the first service, then he tried another centre for the second service, and then back to here again, he just wanted to try different service centre, the customer has no complaint and did not show unhappiness. But the manager yelled at him without even trying to understand what happened. You are not satisfied with the unnecessary service? They are rated as 5-star by many many people, that is your problem! Go experience it yourself!! U will like the 5-star bullies.

Their stuffs are friendly but I get charged too much unnecessary spending!! The fellow told me it’s a major service must service AC, alignment, pump Nitrogen gases etc.. charged me RM500 in total. My friend told me most of them are unnecessary, as I’m really not familiar with car things. I asked the person why it’s so pricy compared to my other service done in KL and JB, he said next time will be normal service will be cheaper The second service, the fellow told my BF it’s major service again, gonna cost me RM400!!! I really feel cheated and drove to the service centre at Jalan Patani, customer service told me all Perodua service have a standard service schedule and checklist! They are standardised! Won’t be simply change part and charge , everything was same as the others branched I been at KL and Johor. *My AC was so cold and quiet before service as my car is new. After service I always has the noise of fan and it’s not as cooling as before!!! **if you looking for standard Perodua service centre, don’t go to those where with “Sdn.Bhd” on title, usual Service centre will be only “Perodua Servcoe Centre” only
Reached around 11:30am. Was told will need 2.5hrs. Registered and passed them they key and told them gonna go for lunch. On the way to rest they call and said can do now and ask if need to change this and that. Told them no need since car is new, we just need the basic oil change and service. They rush us back asap. Went back around 12:45 pm and they haven't start anything. NOTHING! And while service it took forever, touch and car for 5 min and walk away for 30min. Feel like they purposely do so because we do not need to change other things that we do not need. So unprofessional!
Service is fast despite having many customers.
We have very good and experienced mechanics there. All our cars are sent there, no matter how small the problem is. Keep up the good work and thank you so much Perodua Service Tye Sin Street.

My car's skirting detached from it's hook. I request it to be hook back. The advisor (skinny guy wearing spec) said if the hook broken need to replace a new one which is quite pricey. I told him try hook back if can but don't need to replace new one. Then he said since you're not gonna pay for a new one then no need to open up the skirting! Very rude and unprofessional! They just wanna charge money on everything and hit their sales target! Beware if you want to send your car here. They just wanna charge you on everything and load up your bill. There's no intention of providing excellent car care or customer service....
