They have alot of inventory. Likely a supplier of sort. Owners were not helpful nor friendly. Their Indonesian lady helper was however she is not knowlegable in what I needed. I was looking for 过大礼 and 安床 stuff. They have package wrapped and shop owner I presume was not patient to explain. Items contained dried food and no ready stock available. She said she will order and buy once I wanted it. I have googled 2 places in Penang and ended up going to the other one. Please read my other review if interested. Inventory 5/5 Shop presentation 2/5 Price 3/5 Helpfulness 1/5 I did not check other wedding related items. You might want to give this place a try if u know what u need.

Our experience at this store was absolutely terrible, the owner was so rude, she had promised that the wedding favours we had chosen were in stock, when we returned the next day to pick them up they didn't have the stock, as our daughters wedding was only 2 days away we were already stressed, as was she, my daughter asked her if she could let us know what she actually had in stock and she just ignored her, then she asked if she could show her some more stock only to be ignored again, my daughter told her she had no customer service skills and she replied well just get out of my shop, i have never in my life met such a rude and obnoxious person who definitely has no customer service skills at all, being in retail myself I would have been sacked on the spot, please do not give this lady your custom as she does not deserve it, I would give her store 1 star for the poor girls who have to work there as they were very pleasant and accomadating, absolute disgraceful to be shouted at by the owner, I have chosen to review so other people do not patronize this shop which could lead to disappointment and humility.

Plenty of wedding items, price moderate
即将要结婚的新人们，在此和大家分享我的经历。这家店的老板娘非常不老实，且态度不好。正如其他人的经验一样。 本人与母亲到此店（协和小学旁）购买商品，订货了却不给清单。这也算了。母亲拿货前几天多到此店想要买些物品，顺便确认货品，怎知却被店员告知这没有，那也没有，配套没有这些等理由，没办法因此只好取消部分物品（一些物品付全款了，没办法取消），到另一家（二条路福禄寿喜饼店旁-服务好，价钱公道）买。 前几天拿送礼物品时，东西是齐全，不过送礼的石榴却小得和龙眼一样大，实在过分，欺人太甚！（因为是喜事不想和她大闹），只好在此分享！！！ 与我有同样经验的，请分享，让更多人知道，以免成为下一位受害者。谢谢！
