Hunza Properties Berhad Group built another very poor building at Gurney Paragon, Georgetown, Penang. The building is less than 3 years old, and the building has large cracks in the concrete of throughout the 40 stories of load bearing walls. This is systemic of the developer trying to save money on concrete and construction materials during the build, and bribing authorities to get the certification. To make matters worse, a number of residents have bribed Hunza's management to knock down and drill large window holes in the load bearing walls throughout the building. This is another terribly built and terribly managed building by Hunza Properties Berhad Group. As a resident, we're still trying to figure out why they organize and EXTREMELY LOUD band to play every Saturday night until midnight, in the middle of 2 residential buildings.
