I went there yesterday to ask for their red large plastic bag for keeping my bag pack from dust. I told the girl at their customers service I am willing to pay any amount. I am their regular customer for over 20 years buying computers to micro wave oven Large T.V Induction cookers and many more. The lady at their customer service says sorry we cannot do that because directive from management. Unless I purchase something large than only I will be given the big plastic bag. I told the lady its o.k. And told her that I have no regrets buying online thru the years. I then walk over to Mr DIY and told the story to their staff. The malay girl says yes we have a large thick paper bag. I was so happy witjh the bag and bought it for RM 10,50 cents. Height 22 inches Width 23 inches.

Earlier I had gone to a certain outlet to enquire about a blender which I was ready to purchase after reviewing the oroduct online. However I did not purchase it because the person attending to me was not attentive and could not provide me with convincing info about the product. He even left me halfway through our conversation to attend to another customer. Due to such poor service I decided not to buy the product and left that shop. I then called up Harvey Norman and a Mr Kweh answered my call. He was very helpful in checking for available stock of that same blender model which I was interested in. The following day, I went to the shop to meet Mr Kweh. He patiently explained about the product, Panasonic Blender, and tested it. And so I bought it. He even offered to help me carry it downstairs to where my Grab taxi stand was. Very rare do you get this kind of personal service nowadays. Keep it up Mr Kweh and Harvey Norman!

Went there to buy a vacuum cleaner. Experience was underwhelming. Sales guy vanished at cashier without even asking if we needed help to carry the item to car. Common courtesy one would have expected from this place.

An old fashioned store where you can find everything electronic from rice cookers to laptops. It's fine if you don't need vast Lazada-style choice but enjoy knowledgeable service.
