Their signature biscuit is so good! Magnificent taste and texture. The shop lady is very friendly too.

Horrible experience at the shop as the lady manning the shop was extremely rude and treated me as if I were doing something wrong by entering her shop. The whole time I was browsing she stared at me with a sour face as if I were unwelcome. When I paid for my purchase, not only did she NEVER look at me in the face and did not say thank you (even though I did), she handed change on the table, even though I held out my hand to receive the money from her. Whatever happens to Malaysian hospitality and common courtesy? I will NEVER go back there. It is a shame really as I thought the selection variety at the shop was pretty good.

While the biscuits are good (they re-sell well-known brands), the lady with short hair in her fifties manning the shop is far from being polite and friendly. I won't ever come here again. Go opposite to Him Heang and you may have a better experience.

Rude service from the short hair old lady. Treat us likes a begger even though we are customer. Definitely won't buy from this shop.

Friends in Penang recommended that the biscuits and pastries from here over a well know brand. Having sampled the pastries here I have to agree that they are much tastier. There were freshly baked products available and the staff were willing to seal and package correctly for me to bring back to Australia as gifts.

Went to Him Heang but they don't sell spicy shrimp tambun biscuits so we walked opposite to this place. Was met with an EXTREMELY rude staff. A lady with short hair in her fifties. Probably she's the reason why there's not a single customer in the shop. Didn't even buy anything. Just walked out straight.
