Customer Service at its finest. Every staff were very friendly, helpful and easy-going. Prices were affordable (cheapest at rm180 only). Overall, Ms Tan and Lucas did a good job. Just have to make an appointment before visiting, or else you have to wait for a long time because the shop has limited staff and spaces for customers. You can get your glasses on the spot too (have to wait only 30mins-1hr). Probably the best shop in Pg.

Service so so quality spec downgrade. Only rushing to customer make payments that what I feel after being done my spec after 2weeks I’m been return and notice it’s doesn’t made my eye comfortable with lenses been made uncomfortable and blur had discuss to the optimist being ignore and told that’s was normal! and serving another customers priority what a shame...
