Very good service. Fair prices! I get 90% of my photographic needs from here. Camera, lenses, printing and enlargements, tripod, filters, cards batteries etc. Others shops may have more stuff they have GR, 8 service and are priced better than most. Easy to get to if you park at Komtar. Note: Street parking on Penang Island is a nightmare at the best of times. If you don't have Parking Coupons the fines are high. Been there, done that.
Never let them develop your film, delivered 3 rolls of 35 mm color film which they developed with wrong or bad chemicals resulting in underexposure of the film. They then tried to fix this by boosting the exposure in scan and later telling me that I overexposed my shots. Taking these rolls to a real lab in KL a few weeks later they could confirm that the development process was the reason behind the underexposure. NEVER let them develop, rather hold on to your precious rolls until you get a hold of a real lab.

Very good shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Picked up a GH5 here after searching everywhere and had a long chat about video shooting and editing with the assistant who has produced some excellent videos on said camera. Price was very competitive and they did a deal on spare batteries and filter too. They have a range of camera manufacturers in stock so will worth calling in and checking out.
