i faced the same issue as other user. they said premises closed and left a delivery arrangement notice. Where is the notice!!! I didn't received any phone call from postman, my department is open 24/7. NEVER CLOSED. They are just lazy and want customer to self pickup at Poslaju. i tried to contact the online customer service to request for delivery, they just give me 2 options, either self pick up or cancel! I call to the office and there are always engaged. Very poor service. No more poslaju for next time since so many option out there!!!

Don’t understand why so many bad comment and there’s still no improvement!!! Premises closed?? My apartment close down ? Never even try to call . Now cmco. At home for sure. Why so lazy ??? Cmon !!!!
I already called several times to check on my parcel which they didn't send out for delivery. No response. No one is answering the call. When people try to contact, answer the call or else how can people know the current status of their parcel. Poor service.
My parcel stuck here for 1 month since the covid lockdown began. Is it same for others? Anyone can assist? I call nobody pick up.
I was pleasantly surprised by a nice & quick collection experience. There is no proper customer area as this looks more like a big logistic centre. However, I was promptly attended by a staff seated nearest to the entrance. He then brought me to another colleague who quickly retrieved my parcel. All done in about 5 minutes. I was there around 10am on Tuesday, 16th July 2019. Keep it up, Pos Malaysia!
Outrageously terrible customer service. Postman might even be lying, when they said they called me and didn't pick up during one day, when i waited ALL DAY for the parcel, without even RECEIVING A SINGLE CALL. AND THEY GO BACK AND UPDATE AS DELIVERY FAILURE BECAUSE PREMISES ARE CLOSED. Pls improve.
Terrible, item has arrived there for almost two weeks now and i have yet to receive the item. extremely slow. from china to malaysia only took 1 week. And stuck at here for 2 weeks? lol.
