A food kiosk beside the games park,"MUNAKATA POKE BOWL RICE EXPRESS". This food kiosk serving variety set of Donburi with green tea.There are also variety of sauce for choosing.We ordered one Katsu Chicken rice with Japanese curry sauce and one Aburi Salmon rice with spicy mayo sauce.The spicy mayo is better than my expectation.The crew of the counter is very friendly.Freshness of the food is good.This shop deserved for more crowd!

Prize games and the prizes are very average and extremely overpriced for Malaysian prices and even international standards. If they were cheaper the experience would be more enjoyable.

Absolute rip off! Most arcade machines were "UNDER MAINTENANCE" again! And they should get rid of the sales people at the counter as they are more interested in talking to each other. All they did was point to the board when i purchased a card for my child. If you don't train your staff or they can't speak the language, they should bluddy damn well not be there!!! Please hire local Malaysians that can relate to customers with a smile & not some idiots who does not care and only work on minimum wage! Come on Genting Management, this is suppose to be an international venue for families, pls get your act together for Pete's sake!!

Terrible experience. Most games are either under maintenance or "Station Disabled" - which means you can't play even if you have credit in your card. Some games even charge you double the stated credits. One of the motorbike video games has green screen problem, another screen not working, basketball game is under maintenance, dancing game does not allow credit swipe. ALL the car racing games, there is at least one that's not working. The attitude of the staff at the top-up counter is terrible. After this encounter, when I think of BigTop, I think of disappointment.
