The tall chubby promoter needs some customer service lesson. He was so rude. The shoes I chose was from kids line but it fitted so I was trying out, he came and told me off that the shoes are for kids and took the shoes away. Totally ruined my shopping experience.

I have bought a pair of Asics shoes from here, after that I found the size a bit tight, next day asked for size change but rejected because it is a promotion item I even don't know what I bought was a promotion item because not shown in their rack.. They should take the initiative to inform their customer whatever rules before customer pay the bills. This is really a bad experience.
