Service is very fast if they have the available parts. Change my Samsung note 9 cracked screen.. send at 11.30 and get it by 5.30 within the day. Detailed explanation on risk - there is a probability of paint will peel off at the back camera area if changing the screen. Luckily mine has no problem. Thank You!

I visited on 23rd Aug 2018 to give my mobile for service, they tested and confirmed the problem I'm facing in the mobile. They committed to handover me next day. But took one more day and collected on Saturday. Service is really good and staff are very professional and kind. Before proceeding any changes apart from mentioned in form they will confirm with us. Please update your opening hours. I went today and to my surprise it was closed although it said open in google. Plus i called many times and no response. I called during working hours too. This is very unfair and disappointing as I'm travelling far. Please be considerate.

Truly regret continually purchasing Samsung mobile phones. The store customer service were fine and polite but the technicians and technical support team (via call and email) were hopeless to say the least. Recurring issue that supposed to be fixed by technician was billed, which i rejected the repair. After fixing the LCD screen for RM370, within a few weeks, charging port issue. Samsung, your staffs need better training and hands-on experience. While your customer care hotline personals are polite but gosh they are slow. Was promised an update within 24 hours, but got it only after 48 hours, after series of follow-ups. Cheers.
