Terrible! Never use that company! Driver was rude! Left the Butterworth station on time to stop just outside for 20 minutes to chat with somone! On the way to Kuala Perlis he stopped for a cigarette even when the bus was more than hour late! Horrible company with horrible driver with no manners, very rude person! Because of his behaviour all people on the bus missed the ferry to Langkawi! Useless!!!

Worst bus experience ever. Driver stop at Shell almost 1 hour lepaking outside. Passengers already get in within 15 minutes. Depart from Kuantan at 1230 am but at 3 am still at Temerloh. Deii , I need to go work la tomorrow.
Bus driver stopped half an our before arrival for 30 minutes. All passengers where waiting in the bus, while he was having dinner. Usually it is more important to reach the destination by time instead of the dinner for one person. The bus was also old, loud, had dirty seats and no seatbelts! No Safety! I can’t recommend this company. This review refers to the bus ride from Kuala Terengganu (departure time 2.30pm) to Kuantan (arrival time 6.45pm) on the 18th of August 2019. The indicated driving time is 3 hours and 9 minutes. We needed 4 hour and 15 minutes and had no traffic on the route.
Bus in boarding not on time. Always delay only. No timing. 7.30am bus but already 8.48am not reach yet. Very very bad service. Make passengers trouble. It's not 1st time always like this only.
Avoid this company at all cost. Terrible service. Took an 8.30am bus from lumut to penang sentral, supposed to arrive at 11.40am at penang sentral (according to the description), but arrived at sentral at 1.40 pm. 2hours delay without any traffic jam, or accident/ anything would have cost delayed. The bus detour to ipoh causing delay. Very dishonest company. Buying ticket from kesatuan is such a waste of money and time. Horrible service. I wanted to give 0 star, but couldn't, so i'm giving 1 star as a charity. Bad company, bad service.
Avoid this rubbish company, charge you high bus fare but provides old n dirty bus, the driver stop frequently just to let his friend buy jagung and pee. We departed KT and the bus go through the state road and stop over major town without using the east coast highway. This company should be forced closed down by the authorities.
Bus arrived 2 hours later than it should because driver didn't took the highway and made several stops along the way. terrible.
Took more almost 7 hours from Manjung to Alor Setar because of detouring to collect more passengers. Damn
