Most of the high end brand of pet food can be found here (Dogs & Cats) . Equipment (Water Pumps, Medication and Decorative items . Submersible lamps of various colours & sizes is also plentiful. The various breed of cats on sale will leave u breathless. There are adequate number of shop attendant to help customers. My only grouse is the price of their merchandise. If the management can lower the current price of their goods, I'm sure they will profit healthily and might even win over customers from other shops.

U can get many things for your pet in this shop (fish esp, sth for ur cat & dogs), but the arrangement is messy. You may need assistance from the shop keepers in order to search for what you want. Price is reasonable. Shop keepers are very helpful too (this compensate for the untidiness of the shop).

A lot of choices, but expensive. Lots of mosquitoes inside. With very little aquatic choices in alor setar, this will have to do.

Worst Lazada shopping experience ever! I've been order pet food for my guinea pig since 22nd October 2020, been waited for a week and never seen any delivery process on going. I've been texting them everyday to check on the delivery status, however they chose to read only without giving any reply to my message. 31st October 2020, my order had ben cancelled by the vendor due to lack of stock! Why can't you just contact me straightaway about the stock insufficient right after receiving the order? I've been waiting for so long for the pet food and need to get other food for my pet from other store! Since I'm unable to review from Lazada due to your cancellation, I'm gonna give you real bad comment from Google. I'm sorry to say, but your customer service in Lazada is really bad, the worst actually.

For online purchases like shopee it is very slow. I ordered the aquarium stand on 2.11.2020 but until now the goods have not been delivered. I tried to contact many times but there was no answer from the store. I am very disappointed. I hope the store gives an explanation for the delay in sending my goods.

Not bad. Parking is ok. Selling product is ok for pet lover. Shop space a little bit tight when walking shelf to another display shelf. Overall is ok.
