For parasailing: 1. Did not comply with basic watersports safety requirements. I asked for a life jacket before going to the sea and was told that it will be given on the boat. There was none on the boat. I asked again on the boat and was told that it will be given when we reach a further part of the sea. I insisted for one and the boat driver insisted that it will be given later. I was 5miles into Cenang sea without a lifejacket on a small boat. Upon reaching the big boat, in the middle of the sea for parasailing, I asked for a lifejacket again. The boat driver was sitting on two life jackets and he decided it was a good idea to scoof at me and asked if I was afraid. Life jacket was not still provided. He continued sitting on two of them. Boat driver and other staffs look young, are proven to be inexperienced and had been extremely unprofessional. Suggestion to this agent: 1. Educate your staffs on safety requirements of water sports 2. Hire at least one experienced staff for each boat.

For personal experience stay away from this guys! They steal money with the excuse to change!!! There are a lot of other watersport society with honest persons at work. Pay attention!!!
