Highly recommend this place. I brought an old bike for refurbishment and GO! did a great job - only parts that could not be reused were changed. If I were to buy a new bike I'd definitely go to GO! Trust level is very high. There's also this extremely adorable cat!

I've been buying bikes, servicing and repairing my bicycles here for the last three years. They have many options for different budgets. Custom paint jobs to suit your taste (custom paint job preparation for my vintage Japanese bike in my review pictures) on your bike and special orders too. The service is always fast, reliable and all around pleasant. Super recommended bike shop in Cyberjaya. Bought two bikes there too. Thinking of getting two foldies soon too.

The customer service here is fantastic. I took my bike in for servicing having bought it 2 years ago and it feels like it's brand new again, so easy to ride now. All good always able to accept job if being offered. But a little bit inexperienced with stuffs and always like to blame the customer item, but actually they didnt know, in this case my derailleur pulley R7000. After settle didnt tune and check properly my bike which my sprocket gear cannot go into highest cog. Also left a few scratch on my bike. And always said i use cheap stuff, but in the end didnt even bother to wrap the bartape properly. Didnt mind the steep price, but please please improve ur service. If for easy thing i think its ok, but complicated and newer thing better go to other. Thx again

When we were there, there were few other customers. What we like the most was the staff quickly acknowledged our presence and politely requested us to wait since he was attending to other customers. When it was our turn, the staff took the time to explain in detail and also answer our questions. Even though we did not end up buying anything here, we had a good experience - we will definitely visit again!
