Maybe this happenned just once. I don't know if it's already a few time. But I was really dissappointed when I came here for 1st time, the counter were left unattended, but still open. I've waited for almost an hour. This is very bad attitude. Unacceptable!
Really good rates! They even gave me better rates for converting USD than what was published. I was looking for HKD as well but they didn't have enough and they said i can come back the next day to convert it.
It's not as bad as they said in the review. The rates are not so bad. They are making money by selling money right? So if you expect the same rate as Google shows, grow up. The service is not like they described. It's good. Stop expecting human to be like machine.
I found good rate at this place than others. Staff here is not disrespectful but, are okay.
Given the appalling service rating shown here, I was enticed to personally experience the atrocious service for the heck of it. Much to my surprise, experience with this money changer contrasts with other patrons. The two men behind the counter were very friendly and even threw in some light jokes and laughter. Rates were not the best around but it's only 2 cents of difference per Australian dollar at most. Not a dealbreaker.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT change your money here - EXTREMELY POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE. All the employees are very rude and disrespectful especially the bald man. They just do whatever they want when changing your money without consulting you and their rates are bad in addition. I’m never changing money there again no matter what. They all need to learn about respect and courtesy! SO APPALLING. SMH
This is the worst money changer I have ever encountered in my whole life! The bald fat guy was so rude and mannerless. He was eating while ignoring me and gave false impression till I went to another counter. Till when I was redirected back to him, he gave very negative remark and when I further defended myself, this fat guy rejected my transaction! This guy has to be fired immediately! I will never visit this money changer ever! It is insane!!! I wish there is negative star for me to select.
