Very poor service, do not come to this Tealive! 1. Ask me to wait when the staff is doing nothing. 2. Very poor attitude! I keep question myself why I didn't walk away initially when I was presented with rude service. 3. I always order with the drink code at other Tealive branches. But the staff keep insisting for the name of the drink. Don't your staff knows the product you are selling? 4. When I ask to have my drink with less ice, the staff answered me rudely 'TAK BOLEH!' 5. The pearls were overcooked and soft. 6. Wrong drink! I only realized it when I'm drinking it in my car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS TEALIVE!

This is for the tealive on the second floor, not tearush next to Aeon. I don't always bother to rate people down but I feel like I needed to this time. 1. Ordered 2 drinks, separated receipts because when redeeming Digi vouchers, I usually separate them as I faced issues with the system not cashing two vouchers before. The staff was clearly super annoyed when I have a second order and he asked a few times "ada lagi tak nak order lepas ni?" between the intervals of me explaining my preferred sweetness and ice. Also snapped the receipt to me when I clearly didn't want it. 2. Straws are not standard straws given in all tealive outlet, there's no paper wrapping the PLASTIC straw and clearly anyone could touch/sneeze on it on this kind of times. The cashier handed me the straw of course, which I will put to my mouth. Tealive drinkers would know they are using paper straws now wrapped in their official wrappers. Don't mind if it is out of stock but do practise some hygiene in covid situation by handing it in tissues/plastics? 3. Drinks not made as per standard procedure. Ordered for no ice, he just poured the tea from the tap to the cup. Come on, I've worked in bbt shops before for 2 years this is not how no ice drinks are served. You're supposed to mix it with ice and filter them out to make sure it's still cold, and the mixing actually makes a difference to the taste. Horrible service, hygiene, attitude and quality. Will never return.
I have been gettng my usual dose of signature pearl milk tea frim this outlet. Sad to say that the pearls are no longer up to mark the last few times. Pearls are still hard & tasteless .I hope the Management look into this matter seriously as this is one of my favourite outlet thus far...
Too much sugar, no smile, no greeting, no one at the counter. Already told the crew less sugar but too sweet
Took wrong order, bad attitude worker, wasn't paying attention to what I was talking. I will never come to this branch again.
