I'm not sure exactly how to reply to the comment below but here's my experience: a week ago I bought 3 of my usual drinks when I realised that your staff had punched in other people's chatime loyalty card on my order. I have my own card but the cashier definitely did not ask whether I have one and when we asked your staff about it, their reply was it is simply a point collection. The points should have been mine and it is not simply a point collection because I know you can use it to redeem drinks. On the receipt, the name already had thousands of points. Please advise
