Very poor service. I gave them specifications of acrylic that I wanted but the lady said they cannot quote as have to check. I said ok, check and do revert and then she said they have to come over and measure. I said don't have to, just need the estimated price for that I have given her. She then went on to school me telling me they are professionals in what they do and need to measure, if not they won't sell ! I was a bit shocked as I only needed the materials and will get my contractors to fix them. Extremely rude lady. How do you run business these days with these type of poor service...

NOT TRUSTED at all. Sent quotation for CNC cutting, get quoted CNC price, end up, they give product with laser cutting. When product specification and standard didnt meet customer standards, this company want to charge us (half-half price with the company) to make things right. From starting, they already didnt do work correctly, lie to us. Quote CNC but actually do laser cutting. Dimension out. Product received very bad condition. Really not recommended. Very2 bad experience, cost us expensive repairing cost we need to bear ourself.. Dont even entitled to received 1 star at all
