Took 7 hours from kl to Penang .Seat in the bus watching them smoking at rest station and sembang2 ( 30 mins) Rather pay more money to take other bus which is good in punctual.

I booked ticket for Sri Maju. Since I was the only one they changed me to this bus. Took me 9 hours from SP to TBS. Bus stops for 5-7 times. Dont bother using this.

Totally disappointed with this bus service. Not punctual to pick up (late for around 30mins), seat was not arrange according to number (my seat was taken by others), stop at the rest station for more than 30mins (which is a waste of time), takes 6hour to travel from Penang to KL sentral (which originally only 4-5hours, and it’s not jam). To the management ppl who read this, please improve your service, thank you for your attention.

One of the worst buses ive used in malaysia. I bought a ticket for a bus ride from Seremban to Ipoh, Amanjaya at 9.30am on the 14th Feb 2019, which is the day i am posting this. Since the ticket says its supposed to leave at 9.30am, the doors to the bus were open only at 9.30am. Fine, that could be okay if the bus leaves as soon as all passengers are seated. But very clearly for the benefit of the operators, they try to sell as many more tickets delaying the bus from leaving further. Punctuality at its worst. The bus then left at 10.10am. Unfortunately on the way, it has to fill fuel. That with all passenger on board which took another 10minutes roughly. This is very dangerous for us, passengers as we all know, filling fuel with the bus turned on, could ignite a fire. The bus then finally left seremban and arrived in Shah Alam. Around 11.20am. Here it was supposed to be a toilet break while the operators get more passengers on board. Again the bus never left for an easy 50 minutes. I assume, clearly for the benefit of the operators to sell more tickets as they can. (As im travelling on a weekday, there werent many passengers). A bus journey that is supposed to take 4 hours max to reach ipoh is taking an easy 5 to 6 hours now. I still wonder how this company still operates with such bad reviews. Pls improve.
