it is actually a nice bus. it arrived on time and just had two stops. So far I had a great experience with the bus. perhaps they have improved their service. it is also cheap and clean. worth travelling. :)

Worst bus service ever. I tried contacting bus company to inquire about my forgotten phone on bus after drop-off at boon lay shopping centre from KL and they just disconnected my call after listening to details. Not expected. Lodged a complaint.
Decided to take the bus because it was a last minute decision to travel back to KL. My first impression of the bus was that “it’s going to be a comfortable ride home” but unfortunately, it was all a lie. The bus arrived early at 2pm from Sungai Petani but at 4.30pm, we were still in Juru, Penang. The total journey was supposed to 5 hours ish as advertised on the website but clearly it took longer than that. The bus stopped at a lot of places along the way, which was very bad. Therefore, I would highly not recommend this line.

Overall bus condition cleanliness is ok. But it just took too long time to reach KL. Bus stop many stops half way. Waste of time.
DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS. More expensive than other bus services. Less comfortable than other buses. It's definitely NOT express as it makes many long stops. Waste of time. it takes hours longer than other bus services. Better off booking KKKL
Really bad experience,from pg to kl, I took 8 hours , not a direct bus , stop a few place. Wasting time.
Went to toilet and bus dumped me at butterworth terminal.Bus driver so not bothered with safety of passengers
