On initial phone call, the nurse seem to be serve and treat in a good manner. But once checking and asking more details, the rudeness start to step in. End the call with the reason of in progress treating patient, while along the phone co versattion, I can clearly hear the voice of nurses chit chatting. With current situation of Covid19 disease, the nurse still asking for people to come to clinic while it seem to be able to deliver/confirm on the information through the phone to lower the risk, or lower the number of people that visiting clinic. And to avoid unnecessary people in the clinic. This feedback is not to draw a negative impression to the clinic team, but just to highlight that should try to help patient through phone call when possible, instead of request for the patient to come over to the clinic just for information confirmation. Phone call was made on 30 July 2020, 2.42pm with duration of 4min 53sec.

Old dilapidated and no air conditioner. Dirty. Lots of people. Not conducive at all. Minister of Health is depriving it's citizen of good hospital. Doctor office got air conditioner though which is comfortable to patient.
Nurse ok doktor ok.. Cuma tmpat ja x ok.. Sangat2 sempit... Nk parking kerwta pun susah... Sangat2 terok, Kerajaan patut buat lebih besar tempat dan klinik ibu2 mengandung ni.. Untuk kemudahan dn kesenangan... Tapi mmg nk cakap la sgt2 sedih tempatnya... Kalau p org ramai.. Ibu mngandung kena berdidri plk...
