First time visit,can not expect too much about environment,price was reasonable,I order Blackball Signature,at least not that bad.

Ordered delivery, didn't provide creamer, 1 of the item that comes with ice cream, but the ice cream is missing, there's no spoon provided as well, when I call the branch and ask about the missing item, the 1st they said when they pick up the phone was , what do you want? Wow that's rude, and they keep doubting me whether I'm lying or not? Who on earth would lie for such thing? Where's the common sense? And I can clearly heard a girl shouting from behind "I do put those things in". Bad service.
service is seriously bad，although the dessert are ok to eat, but the service is really damm bad , wont go again!
Simple and easy to find
Good for Taiwanese dessert. Clean place with air con and WiFi. Plenty of free parking in front. They have durian flavour now. We tried the original flavour without ice. It was not bad. Conveniently located near to Hong Leong bank and Subaru so easy to locate it.
